Biography

Rainbow Skull Party is a three-piece psychedelic grunge band from down under. Their debut single “Keep It Going, Going, Going, Go!” was released in 2023. Combining punk-rock energy with psychedelic sensibility, the debut blends pumping rhythms, charged vocals, and dreamy guitar mayhem. Their sophomore release “Masquerade” was released in February 2024 with follow up single “ClownFace” set to be released in September.

In 2024, Independent Music Reviews named Rainbow Skull Party “one of Australia’s most promising indie bands” (https://independentmusic.reviews/masquerade-by-rainbow-skull-party/). Upon the release of their second single “Masquerade”, Get Some Magazine stated that the bands “rowdy high-energy vibes will draw the biggest mosh pit you’ve ever seen” (https://getsomemagazine.com/blog/rainbow-skull-partys-new-single-masquerade-will-make-you-want-to-throw-a-ball).

Rainbow Skull Party is comprised of brothers Lawrie and Paul Cuthbert and their best mate David James. The trio has spent the passed 12 months writing, recording, and touring, with a double album set to be released in 2025.

Latest Music

Latest Release: “Maquerade” is the band’s current single. It was released in February 2024 to all streaming platforms. The bands forthcoming single “ClownFace” will be released September 13 2024.
